Anna Brown
Chief Executive OfficerAnna brings more than 20 years’ experience across charity leadership, international development and finance, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, partnership building and social justice advocacy. Before joining WEN Wales, Anna was Co-Chief Executive of Bristol-based social justice charity Talking Money, where she led organisational development and strengthened the charity’s impact supporting people experiencing financial hardship.
Originally from Wales and now based in Pembrokeshire, Anna is passionate about advancing gender equality and ensuring women’s voices shape policy and decision-making.

Annmarie Brown
Programmes ManagerAnnmarie leads the coordination and supports the strategic delivery of WEN’s programmes, including the cross-equalities Equal Power Equal Voice mentoring and training programme. She works in close collaboration with national partners to advance diverse representation across Welsh public and political life. With a background in the third sector, education, and advocacy, Annmarie experience in gender equality, co-production, and inclusive programme design. She has supported the successful delivery of complex, multi-partner programmes, balancing strategic planning with operational oversight and a commitment to learning and continuous improvement. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to equity and social justice.

Inioluwa Longe
Policy and Research OfficerInioluwa is a dedicated and highly skilled commonwealth-trained lawyer with expertise in Gender, Health, and Technology policy. She is passionate about digital education and using technology to combat violence against women and girls in marginalised communities. Her drive for excellence and her innovative approach has led her to develop an interest in Public Policy, where she excels in policy development, legislative processes, and stakeholder collaboration.She has contributed to academic projects on online safety and digital rights and recently wrote a chapter in the African Book on Women and Cyberrights in Africa, focusing on digital technologies and intimate partner violence in Nigeria.

Dr Jessica Laimann
Policy and Public Affairs ManagerJessica leads on WEN’s policy work and coordinates campaign and influencing activity in partnership with our members. She has policy experience in devolved and local government as well as a strong research background. Prior to starting at WEN, she coordinated regional and all-Wales local authority partnership working, completed a placement in the Senedd Research Service and gained a PhD in philosophy. She is passionate about driving change that delivers equal opportunity and authority for all women in Wales.

Megan Evans
Communications and Engagement ManagerMegan leads on communicating our work across all programmes and engaging with key stakeholders, including our members. She has worked in the equalities sector for 10 years, managing and delivering effective strategic communications for major projects across disciplines. She is passionate about gender equality, intersectional feminism, LGBT rights, and racial justice, and holds an MA from the University of Lyon.
