We’re recruiting a new Director

Tuesday June 13th, 2023

We are Women’s Equality Network Wales and it is our vision to create a Wales free from gender discrimination. Our mission is a Wales where everyone has equal authority and opportunity to shape society and their own lives.

WEN Wales is seeking to recruit a new Director to oversee the next exciting stage of our development as a membership charity, campaigning for and championing women’s rights and gender equality in Wales. We are a small organisation and have big ambitions, so it will be challenging but with the WEN Wales team, its partners, and members by your side, it will be engaging, insightful, inspiring, and incredibly rewarding.

Our fantastic team, our award-winning mentoring programme Equal Power Equal Voice, our successful Diverse5050 campaign, our Feminist Scorecard, our media work, and our diverse membership will all provoke your interest and inspire you to get involved in our small but influential organisation.

So, if you’re committed to a Wales free from gender discrimination and are adept at: navigating the complex world of equality, inclusion, and human rights; leading, guiding and harnessing a brilliant organisation and diverse team; and developing strong relationships and partnerships, then we would love to hear from you.
